6 characters, at the top right of your policy schedule. Upper or lower case doesn't matter.

We'll send the confirmation of receipt to this address.

As soon as you send it, you'll get a confirmation of receipt by email at the address you enter above. Then we'll review your withdrawal and get back to you.
